1. Lemon

Cut the lemon in half, squeeze a few drops on your hand, rub your palms together, and smell. Take a slow, deep breath, then exhale. Repeat the steps and continue doing this for 5-10 minutes based on the level of anxiety. 

Drink a spoonful of lemon juice. (if you can). Ensure that the lemon juice doesn’t touch your teeth. 

2. Lemongrass essential oil

Get lemon grass essential aroma oil diffuser. Place the diffuser in your room and enjoy the lemony aroma filling your room. Do a 5-minute meditation in the same room by just focusing on your breath.

Give yourself a gentle massage around the area of your solar plexus with lemongrass essential oil mixed with a base oil ( coconut or almond oil). Use circular motions with your fingers, applying light pressure. This can help release tension and promote relaxation.

3. Meditate on Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura)

Manipura Chakra is the center for emotions which drives the mind and body, the way you feel and react to situations. It is your emotional center. Usually, it is the most imbalanced chakra. Meditate visualizing the Yellow colour.

4. According to the Vastu – Chakra connection you can prevent frequent anxiety issues by decluttering the Southeast area of your living space or office or your office room. Remove any trash, and unnecessary items from that corner.
